In 2021, global design consultancy Takram entered the Chinese market, facing the challenge of establishing a brand presence and defining its unique positioning as an innovation-driven design company in this new environment.
Strategy:
As Takram's long-term content partner in China, Brann took on the task of thoroughly refining the brand’s positioning, aligning it with local market needs, repackaging and rewriting past case studies, and developing content strategies and creation for social media platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu.
